A photograph of the South East Radio building on Wexford Quay. If you look closely enough, you'll see an inscription on the building that says "The National Bank". During the sixties, National Bank Ltd was acquired by Bank of Ireland.
South East Radio was founded back in October of 1989. Fun fact: It was initially going to be called "Slaneyside", after the River Slaney, which flows out into Wexford Harbour. The decision to re-brand and use the name South East Radio was made in the months leading up to the launch.
The station has presenters such as Tony Scott, Alan Corcoran, Dave Redmond, Tony Kehoe and Lorraine Byrne.
